Presentation of agricultural machinery on the threshold of a sowing campaign in Mordovia

 
A Trade Show of agricultural machinery, conjoined with a seminar/meeting where issues of the forthcoming field work were discussed, took place at the site of OAO Mordovagromach on March 28-29th.
According to the Ministry of Agriculture and Foodstuff of the Republic of Mordovia, a total of over 70 items of machinery were showcased at the exhibition by as much as 27 manufacturers and dealers. ‘Though the recent years we used to receive a great number of application for participation in the show’, mentioned the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Foodstuff of Mordovia, Victor Daneikin. ‘But this time the participants are much more in number».
 
The MAST Company showed its equipment among other suppliers of agricultural machinery to Mordovia. The exposition arranged by the Company was the most impressive with its scope and the functionalities of the machines showcased therein. Self-propelled equipment, i.e. John Deere’s tractors. Amazone and Lemken: seed drills, implements for crop protection, and soil-cultivating machines. A wide exposition from Krone: round and large-square pickup balers, windrowers and rakes. It should be noted, that the majority of the machines exhibited at the event have already been to the fields of Mordovia and managed to win good reputation.
 
The event, primarily oriented towards experts and managers from agricultural economies, employees of the MAST Company made a presentation for everyone interested on the recent trends in agriculture and the novelties by foreign manufacturers.
 
The Vice-president of the Government, the Minister of Agriculture and Foodstuff of the Republic Mordovia, V.N.Sidorov, inspected the agricultural machinery showcased at the event, and proceeded with the seminar/ meeting devoted to the forthcoming spring field work. Besides in the framework of the meetings experts from the agrarian and industrial complex were informed on action plans of the field work and provided with reports on economic issues, in particular, concerning the state support to agricultural producers.

Workshop delivered by Technical Support Service in Ulyanovsk

 
The regional workshop which took place on March 27th in the Ulyanovsk dealer center of MAST was a regular educating event arranged by specialist from the Technical Support Service of MAST. The workshop was focused on technical experts from the economy, and rendered assistance in correct and effective operation of the equipment.
 
The attendees of the workshop were specialists form farming facilities of the Ulyanovsk Region, i.e. agricultural production complex Red Star, Ltd., and Mir-Agro, Ltd. The workshop was delivered by an employee of the MAST Company, Pavel Mikhalkin, who explained the key operating features of John Deere’s machines in detail, made recommendations on how to enhance the effectiveness thereof, and showed the importance of using genuine spare parts.

Traditional exhibition AGRO-2012 in Orenburg

 
In the period of March 21st to 23rd the agricultural production cooperative Orenburzhye hosted the Trade Show AGRO-2012 organized by the Government of the Orenburg Region, the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Processing Industry of the Orenburg Region, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Region, and OAO UralExpo. The event summoned the participation of over 80 enterprises from Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, and Byelorussia. Traditionally, employees of the MAST Orenburg Division (Agrosnab CJSC) took an active part in the trade show as well.
 
At the exhibition, the participants thereof could not only get acquainted with the extensive exposition being demonstrated at two show-platforms, i.e. in a culture & sports complex and the adjoining territory, but also establish new business contacts, and also remind of themselves to former clients.
 
A vivid interest on part of the visitors and participants of the exhibition was raised by the exposition arranged by the MAST Company. The stand of the Company was attended by over a hundred of agricultural producers who either exploit the new-generation machines in their economies, or just consider the purchase thereof. In particular, negotiations with Yelan, Ltd. on purchase of John Deere’s machines took place at the event. The Manager of the Dimitrov’s collective farm took a decision on purchase of a John Deere’s seed drill. Other contracts for John Deere’s self-propelled and trailed sprayers were concluded. MAST experts noted the high activity of visitors.
 
Summarizing the outcome of the Trade Show, the MAST Company among other participants was awarded a diploma for its active role in the event.

Ulyanovsk Region hosted the Regional Agrarian Forum

The event which took place on March 2nd in the Tcherdakly settlement (Ulyanovsk Region) was devoted to the preparation of the agricultural sector for carrying out of the spring field work and the sowing campaign 2012. The organizer thereof was the Ministry of Agriculture of the Ulyanovsk Region. Participants availed themselves an opportunity to get acquainted with the novelties of agricultural machinery, seeds of promising new types, new types of mineral fertilizers and crop protection agents showed on the demonstration platforms of the Forum.
 
Opening the Forum, the Governor, Sergey Morozov, informed/that year 2011 was a successful one for the agricultural economy in the Ulyanovsk Region. ‘The agricultural industry becomes one of the locomotives in the development of the regional economy. Summarizing the last 12 months, the growth in the agricultural production in our Region has made up as much as 178 % compared with the level of the last year’, - emphasized the top manager of the Region.
The Minister of Regional Agriculture, Alexander Tchepukhin, addressing the Forum paid a special attention to the programs of governmental support in updating the fleet of agricultural machinery.
 
The Forum summoned the efforts and participation of agricultural producers, officials from the executive and legislature authorities, and top-managers of municipal entities of the Region.
The MAST Company participated in the event as well, having presented some samples of agricultural machinery it offers in the market. On the threshold of a new sowing campaign, the Company readily offers a wide range of agricultural machinery in stock at its warehouses in Russia. In the framework of the Forum, the Company’s experts made a presentation of novelties by manufacturers, and terms of purchase of the equipment.
